Crystal’s Flooring is a flooring and tile business. Our California Construction Contractor License #813864 includes two specialty licenses: C-15 Floors and C-54 Tile. The C-15 License enables us to install all types of floorcovering materials except ceramic tile. The C-54 Tile License authorizes us to install tile materials not only on floors, but also on walls, shower pans, countertops, bathtubs, etc. (Note: Not many people know it is illegal for C-15 flooring contractors to install ceramic tiles) Our Managing Owner has more than 35 years of experience installing tile and other floorcovering materials in many different places.
